Effective September 13, 2021 all new admissions into the House of New beginnings must have received at least one dose of an FDA-approved Covid-19 vaccine and show proof. Additionally, if the one dose received is part of a multi-part series of shots, then the new admission must follow through in receiving the required follow-up doses of the vaccine, in order to become fully vaccinated and present proof that they received the follow-up doses. Any new admission that does not follow up with the additional dose of the vaccine shall be discharged in a reasonable manner.
Any fully vaccinated person that desires acceptance into the House of New Beginnings must provide proof during the admission process. The Executive Director of the House shall make a notation on each application that vaccination proof has been provided to him, the method of said proof, and the date in which it was reviewed.
The House of New Beginnings will offer new admissions the opportunity to apply for medical or religious exemptions. Exemptions are determined on a case-by-case basis, and in each case must be supported by specific documentation. The Executive Committee will make such determinations due to the time sensitive nature of each case.
